Lise K. Ström

Prior to starting her own firm, Ms. Ström practiced for 5 years with boutique real estate and community association law firms in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she represented developers; property owners; landlords; and residential, commercial, and mixed-use community associations in drafting and revising governing documents, easements, deeds, and related documentation for common interest developments; preparing and revising commercial leases and purchase and sales contracts; and counseling clients on various aspects of real estate transactions.

Ms. Ström started her career as a telecommunications regulatory attorney in Washington, D.C., where she developed an expertise in drafting complex legal documents, advising business clients regarding business transactions and strategies, and analyzing federal and state statutes and regulations.

Ms. Ström also holds a Master of Arts degree in Englishs from San Francisco State University and is a published author.
